AHS employs and contracts with 85 various health care professionals who are assigned to institutions and homes. We also support our staff through on-going in-service training programs. Because we nurture our employees and encourage regular feedback, we have one of the highest employee retention rates in the industry.

The members of our staff are experts in their fields. They are compassionate individuals who really care about the people they serve. We seek friendly, organized, knowledgeable employees who enjoy working with others in a relaxed, supportive environment.

All of AHS's social workers have at least a master's of science degree in social work and some are licensed by the jurisdiction in which they work. Our occupational therapists have a bachelor's of science degree or masters's of science degree in Occupational Therapy and are certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Some of the Company's occupational therapists are licensed by the jurisdiction in which they work. AHS's physical therapists have a bachelor's of science degree or a master's of science degree in Physical Therapy and may be licensed by the jurisdiction in which they work.
